RebeccaTaylor.com (“we”, “us”, “website”, or “Rebecca Taylor”) ships to valid addresses in the United States and Canada. We cannot ship to hotels, UPS/FedEx locations, APO/FPO addresses, U.S. Territories (including Puerto Rico and U.S. Virgin Islands), or any other third party shipping service such as a freight forwarding company.
When an order is placed on Rebecca Taylor, it will be shipped to the address designated by you as long as the shipping address is compliant with the shipping restrictions contained on Rebecca Taylor. All purchases from Rebecca Taylor are made pursuant to a shipment contract. As a result, the title for items purchased and the risk of loss from this Rebecca Taylor pass to you upon delivery of the items to the shipping carrier. You are responsible for filing any claims with the shipping carrier for lost and/or damaged shipments. At our sole discretion, we may require a signature upon delivery for order over $800. You will receive an email notification from us. Please check the shipping carrier’s website – such as UPS/FedEx/Canada Post etc -- for more information on Signature Required deliveries.

Orders received before 12:00 pm eastern standard time are processed on the same business day. Orders received on Friday after 12:00 pm eastern standard time are processed the next business day. Sometimes it may take up to three (03) business days for us to process your order, including expedited orders. During times of high volume and holiday season, it can take up to three (03) additional business days to process your order. The above listed “business days” (i) do not include processing times; (ii) are calculated from the time of dispatch from our fulfillment center; and (iii) refer to transit times only.
We may contact you by email if (i) the merchandise you selected is currently out of stock; (ii) has longer than usual backorder times; or (iii) we need additional information to process your order or payment.
When placing your order, please note (i) Business days are Monday to Friday excluding US holidays; (ii) we do not offer Saturday delivery; and (ii) orders received on the following days may be delayed and may sometimes require up to three (03) additional business days to process:

Shipping to Canada
We offer Ground shipping for all shipments to Canada. Order processing times are the same as for all US orders listed above; however, shipping transit times may increase and depend on custom clearance or delays by Canada Post. We do not collect custom duties or taxes on orders shipped to Canada. You are solely responsible for any and all duties, tariff and taxes etc. levied by the authorities. Please contact Canada Border Security Agency for more information. If the delivery of the order is refused for any reason, the package will be considered abandoned and disposed of by the shipping carrier and your order will not be eligible for a refund. All orders are FINAL, cannot be canceled once placed, and are NOT eligible for return, refund, or exchange.
Orders are processed on a based on (i) availability; and (ii) successful verification of your payment.
Unfortunately, once an order is placed on Rebecca Taylor, we cannot make any changes and for security reasons, we cannot modify or change the shipping address. Instead, if the order has not shipped, we can cancel the order and help you place a new order with the correct shipping/billing information
If within 7 days of your original purchase, you notify us of a price adjustment on a full-price item you purchased, then we will refund the price difference to your original method of payment or store credit. We do not offer price adjustments (i) after 7 days from your original purchase; (ii) on Final Sale items; (iii) items purchased on sale, promotions, including affiliate marketing, or using discount codes; and (iv) on purchases made on the following days:

The sales tax indicated on the checkout page may be an estimate based on your shipping address, and the actual applicable sales tax for your order will be calculated when your debit/credit card charge is authorized. Sales tax is applied to your order based on the shipping address and in accordance with the regulations of the State and Local jurisdictions.
Product Warranty and Damaged Merchandise
If an item you ordered arrives damaged, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org along with pictures of the damaged product and/or the box. Full-price merchandise is covered under the Rebecca Taylor warranty for 30-days from the date of purchase on this website. Final Sale merchandise is not eligible under this warranty.

We accept returns on all full-price items made within 30 days of purchase for unused, unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached, in original packaging, in saleable condition, and have a Return Authorization for merchandise purchased on this website. Returns without a Return Authorization will not be accepted. In our sole discretion, if we determine that your return does not meet these criteria, the return will be rejected and we will notify you by email.
While we do not offer exchanges, instead you can place a second order for the right size or color and once we receive your return, we'll process a refund to your account.
Final Sale items are not eligible for a refund. International purchases are final sale and may not be returned or exchanged.
If the product you received was damaged or we shipped the incorrect size of color, then please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org so that we can make it right. And as such we will not charge you shipping or return fees.
Original Shipping costs are non-refundable. Rebecca Taylor charges a return fee of $12.00. This amount will be deducted from your refund. Please allow 7-10 business days of your return shipment to arrive at our processing center.
Approved returns will be refunded to the original form of payment after deducting the above mentioned costs/fees.
If we receive the return package after 30-days from the date of Return Authorization, then the Return Authorization will be void. In that case, the return will not be accepted nor refunded and the item will immediately be shipped back to you at your cost. There are no exceptions.
COD packages will not be accepted and will be denied. After we have received your return, it may take 7-10 business days to approve and process your refund. During peak seasons, it may take up to 5 additional business days. Your financial institution may take additional time to post the refunds we issue and they may take additional 10-15 business days to post the monies to your account.
We reserve the right to reject any returns that does not comply with the conditions above. If your return package is not accepted, it will be sent back to you and a refund will not be processed. We will notify you by email.
Since the setting of computers and monitors varies, we are not able to guarantee the 100% accuracy of the colors of products displayed on our website.
We monitor account activity and reserve the right to refuse transactions, assess fees, and/or close accounts based on order or returns behavior.
We are the sole sellers of Rebecca Taylor products and if you purchased Rebecca Taylor products from another retailer, we cannot process or accept such returns that were not purchased on this website. We are happy to answer any questions related to our products, but we are unable to process any returns, exchanges, credits, refunds, or repairs for any product purchased not made on our website.
All sales prior to Jan 19, 2023 are Final Sale and are not covered under the Rebecca Taylor’s 30-day warranty.
