ONLINE RETURN POLICY

We accept unworn, unwashed, unaltered, full-price merchandise in saleable condition with original tags attached for a refund within 30 days from original date of purchase. All RebeccaTaylor.com order returns will be credited back via original payment method. Please note that your original shipping cost will not be refunded.

All final sale product, are Final Sale and cannot be returned.

We do not offer a price adjustment on any purchases made at RebeccaTaylor.com.

Rebecca Taylor reserves the right to refuse a refund request if it does not comply with our policy.

Warranty

Rebecca Taylor regular priced merchandise is covered under 30 days warranty from original date of purchase. Rebecca Taylor warrants its product against manufacturer’s defects and this does not include damages that have resulted from misuse of the product or normal wear and tear.

All damaged merchandise must be approved by Rebecca Taylor team and be shipped to us unused, unwashed and unaltered with original tags attached for an exchange within 30 days from original date of purchase.

Final Sale merchandise is not eligible for warranty.
